For the Schweinfurt show, we experienced a change of locations at short notice – which means that we, having been really feather-bedded during the previous shows in Frankfurt and Cologne, find ourselves in a location that is as big as the backstage areas of the past shows. But that doesn’t matter – onstage we make an agreement with the people that we are rocking out as much as we would also do in front of 1.000 people from Cologne, and in return, the 300 people from Schweinfurt should make noise as if there were additional 700 fans. That was very well-received, and after I had really called on three guys (who might just have accidentally gone into their familiar local pub tonight) to get a circle pit going on during “Vortex,” I realize that this evening was in fact not really inferior to the previous ones.

In spite of the extraordinary venue, it was great for me to see that a few supporters nevertheless made their way to the show – we would have felt really lonely if it hadn’t been for them. So, just in case that we play in foreign countries someday, you should already prepare yourselves and go on vacations from work or studies…
